Rooms In Norwich is a family-run business where we have a genuine desire to provide top quality, affordable places for professionals to live.

Anna has a background in environmental management and consultancy, Francis a background in property and management research – and both of us have lived in shared houses.  Based on our experiences , we aim to be approachable and responsive, and provide accommodation that is as comfortable and hassle free for our tenants as we can possibly make it.

We belong to the UK’s largest network of professional landlords specialising in this kind of house share, with over 500 HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) across the country.
