The Setup

Each room is fully furnished and becomes your private space as soon as you have the keys in your hand.  Broadband and TV sockets are standard, and your room either has an en-suite or the use of a shower room that is professionally cleaned weekly along with all the communal parts.

You’ll find a shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need in terms of kitchen equipment (plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans) and modern appliances (dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle).

Every house has dining and lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen communal TV.  Heating systems are suited to the task, specified to ensure you’ll always have a hot shower with good pressure even during the morning rush out of the door.  And there is always fast wi-fi throughout.

Finally, we meet national and local safety and amenity standards, and we ensure fire alarm and carbon monoxide checks are carried out on a weekly basis – as they should be.
